Product description

All outer layers and sprouts are removed to produce a fine, light-colored powder. This purely natural thickening agent and binding agent, also known as hydrocolloids, has a medium viscosity and dissolves quickly. It has a wide range of uses and is in great demand not only in the food industry, but also in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, the paper industry and as a tobacco additive.
